• User and guild IDs, usernames when you use commands
• List of active users in guilds where the bot is added
• Game statistics and reminders (stored temporarily)
• Message content when using game commands
• Basic usage statistics

• Provide bot functionality and maintain game/reminder progress
• Prevent abuse and ensure performance
• Measure how the bot is used for improvements

Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Request data deletion using the contact command
• Clear game statistics using reset commands in servers

Data Security

• Data is stored securely with rate limiting protection
• No selling or trading of personal data
• Necessary data is automatically handled by Discord as required for operation according to their Privacy Policy and Terms.

Data Retention

By default, any data collected by the bot is retained indefinitely, or until you manually delete it or request its deletion.

Guild-specific configuration is automatically deleted when you remove the bot from your server.

Third-Party Services

• The /dadjoke command uses the icanhazdadjoke API to fetch jokes. This bot abides by their terms and does not share any personal data with the maintainers beyond what is necessary for the command's functionality.
• The /roblox command uses Roblox's Open Cloud API to provide you with experience and user information. This bot complies with Roblox's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, and does not share any personal data with Roblox beyond what is necessary for the command's functionality.
• The /uselessfact command uses the uselessfacts API to fetch random facts. This bot does not share any personal data with its maintainer beyond what is necessary for the command's functionality.

Changes to This Policy

Keep note that this Policy and the information herein may be updated periodically. Continued use of iKarTehBot after changes indicates your acknowledgement of the updated terms.
